Voters gave radical antisemitic Squad member Rep. Jamaal Bowman a well-deserved defeat in New York's Democratic primary Tuesday; President Biden and politicians on the left are outrageously tolerating (if not fueling) antisemitic violence; and an Israeli airstrike that took out 10 members of Hamas boss Ismail Haniyeh's family, including his sister, isn't likely to get him or his martyrdom-seeking fellow terrorists to stand down.
Score one for the anti-antisemites. Voters in New York's Westchester/northern Bronx congressional district gave Jew-hating Squad member Jamaal Bowman the boot in Tuesday's Democratic primary following a campaign by the American Israel Public Affairs Committee and other pro-Israel groups to oust him. Hear, hear!
Bowman — a vulgar, wacky radical — hoped to become a Squad star by viciously bashing Israel, calling it an "apartheid state," accusing it of genocide and denying Hamas' rapes of innocent Israelis. Scurrilous lies like his have fueled the terrifying national surge in antisemitic "protests" and violence.
Let's hope his resounding ouster (he lost to Westchester County Executive George Latimer by a whopping 16 points) is a lesson to other Squad members and antisemitic pols aiming to advance their careers by stoking Jew-hatred. Americans don't share your vile bigotry. It's a message, too, for President Biden as he panders to anti-Israel voters by baselessly criticizing the Jewish state and setting up roadblocks in its war to eliminate the Hamas terrorists. Voters notice.
President Biden expressed shock and revulsion at the chaos and violence Sunday as pro-Palestinian protesters actually tried to block the entrance to the Adas Torah Orthodox synagogue in Los Angeles. Fine, but will he take any serious, meaningful action in the wake of that near-pogrom? Will he call out the city officials who allowed the anti-Jew-fest to take place and reportedly ordered the cops to stand down?

The sad fact is that the level of antisemitism tolerated and often fueled by the left has become outrageous in a country committed to equal treatment and the protection of minorities. Apparently, some lives matter more than others — particularly when Democrats have their eyes on an election.
Don't expect Hamas to veer one bit from its primary goal — the complete eradication of the Jewish state — after an Israeli airstrike Tuesday that took out 10 members of Hamas top thug Ismail Haniyeh's extended family in Gaza. The group is a death cult whose terrorist members fervently pray for martyrdom in their effort to kill Jews.
In April, Haniyeh said about 60 members of his family had been slain since the start of the war with Israel. At the time, he was told three of his sons and four grandchildren were killed in an attack. Yet a video showed him unfazed and committed to continuing his terror-as-usual business of the day.
Hamas' death-worship is a sickness that can only be confronted by wiping out the entire organization. If martyrdom is what Haniyeh & Co. seek, no one should shed a tear when Israel grants that wish.
